If you are new to CrossFit, here is a little background on the sport. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning fitness methodology (and program) used in nearly 1,700 gyms worldwide and by many fire departments, law enforcement agencies and military units. The program aims DEAD ON to get you into shape and then to move you beyond what you think you are capable of. We combine weightlifting, aerobic exercise, sprinting, basic gymnastics, and functional movements at high intensity to create routines that don’t just work muscle sets, but also push your body and your mind. These routines are completely scalable, which means that a new participant and a CrossFit veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity. Our workouts will deliver phenomenal fitness in and of themselves or as a compliment to your sport-specific training regime.
