Hi All! Don’t forget, with our new schedule there are now 2 classes Saturday mornings! One class is at 9am, the other at 10am. That said, we are rowing tomorrow for the WOD and will need to run the classes in heats. Please be there on time or early so we can cycle everyone through!

Incredible work this morning crew! 17 people completed there first Kelly! Steph, I go with you at 6. I’m gonna do the running version though.
Finally through with the flu, so I’ll come at 6 too.
That was a super intense workout. But I felt so good for the rest of the day.
