YOGA NEWS!

 Okay Yogi’s……
 
Beginning on Wednesday January 25th Jen Mayer will be teaching a “Yoga on-ramp” course for the next three weeks. 
 
In this class you will learn the foundational elements of vinyasa yoga:

  • Ujjayi breath-

  • The breakdown of sun salutations- including Plank, Chataranga, Upward facing dog, Downward facing dog as well as jumps.  Then putting it all together.
 
After the conclusion of this yoga on -ramp, Jen will continue to offer her Power Vinyasa Yoga class.  If you wish to participate in Power Vinyasa Yoga, it is recommended that you attend the yoga on-ramp.  This will be a challenging but informative class and a smart way to learn the yoga poses and be safe at the same time.  

Classes will be offered

Wednesday January 25th 9:30am/6:30pm
Wednesday February 1st 9:30am/6:30pm
Wednesday February 8th 9:30am/6:30pm

(Classes will run 1 hour and 15 minutes)

All levels are welcome

CF/NF members $10.00
All others $15.00
